Trit Raj Das was named Player of the Match after scoring 61 off 55 balls in Janakpur Bolts’ nine-run win over Pokhara Avengers in the ninth match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2026 at Kirtipur on Sunday.

Das hit seven fours and two sixes and reached his fifty off 49 balls. He was dismissed at 117/5 in the 18th over, caught by Kushal Bhurtel off Mahedi Hasan. His innings helped Janakpur Bolts post 147/7 after Pokhara chose to bowl. Moeen Ali then took 3/13 in four overs as Pokhara were held to 138/9.

Das played for Pokhara in NPL 2025, so the match-winning knock came against his former franchise. The win was Janakpur’s second in three matches. See the NPL 2026 points table and the live scorecard.
