November 04, 2026
The 37-year-old left-handed batter landed at Tribhuvan International Airport on Wednesday morning, where representatives of Karnali Yaks Sports Pvt Ltd welcomed him.
Miller is expected to strengthen Karnali's batting lineup as the franchise continues its NPL Season 3 campaign. Karnali have won two of their first three matches, beating Janakpur Bolts by 19 runs and Biratnagar Kings by four wickets before suffering a four-wicket defeat against Kathmandu Gorkhas.
Karnali announced Miller's signing on October 23, adding another experienced international player to their squad. The South African batter is widely recognized for his powerful middle-order batting and extensive experience in franchise cricket.
Miller has represented South Africa in 140 T20 Internationals, scoring 2,804 runs, including two centuries and nine half-centuries. Overall, he has accumulated more than 12,000 runs in T20 cricket.
His franchise career includes appearances in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Big Bash League (BBL), and Pakistan Super League (PSL). He was also part of Gujarat Titans' title-winning campaign in the 2022 IPL season.
Miller joins a Karnali Yaks squad featuring Nepal internationals Sompal Kami, Gulshan Jha, and Nandan Yadav, alongside Scotland all-rounder Mark Watt.
His arrival is a major boost for Karnali as they look to strengthen their title challenge in NPL 2026.
