OMODA JAECOO has stepped up its involvement with Nepal’s franchise T20 league, joining the Nepal Premier League (NPL) Season 3 as its official “Powered By” partner. The announcement comes just ahead of the tournament, which runs from October 26 to November 21, 2026.

The NPL’s Season 3 branding now carries the OMODA | JAECOO name directly beneath the league logo. The campaign line reads “NPL is powered by OMODA | JAECOO.”

OMODA JAECOO describes the move as taking its NPL journey “to the next level.” As the Powered By partner, the automotive brand is built into the league’s identity, not just placed around the ground.

The official campaign creative shows the NPL trophy at a floodlit ground at dusk, surrounded by confetti and flanked by three OMODA JAECOO vehicles on the outfield. The image presents the brand as part of the tournament’s celebration moment.

Season 3 is the league’s biggest commercial rollout so far. Its official logo lockup now carries two partner names: a banking title sponsor and an automotive Powered By partner. Most franchise leagues in the region still lead with a single title brand, so a dual-tier lockup signals a more mature sponsorship model for Nepali cricket.

Eight franchises are competing in Season 3: Biratnagar Kings, Chitwan Rhinos, Janakpur Bolts, Karnali Yaks, Kathmandu Gorkhas, Lumbini Lions, Pokhara Avengers, and Sudurpaschim Royals. The player auction was held on July 6, 2026, and the squads feature international names including Faf du Plessis, Rashid Khan, Chris Lynn, and Dawid Malan.
