special-edition cans featuring the Nepal Premier League teams it sponsors. The brand has already taken title or principal sponsorship roles with multiple NPL franchises for the coming seasons, and the limited cans are designed around those team identities.

The timing places the player agreements just ahead of NPL 2026, the league’s third season. The tournament runs from 26 October to 21 November at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, with the final scheduled for 21 November. League matches begin with Lumbini Lions against Sudurpaschim Royals on 26 October.

Several of the nine players hold central roles in NPL franchises. Lamichhane captains the Biratnagar Kings, Paudel captains the defending champions of Lumbini Lions, Sompal Kami captains the Karnali Yaks, and Karan KC captains the Kathmandu Gurkhas. Their bats carrying the Extreme logo will therefore be visible in franchise matches once the season starts, alongside the brand’s existing jersey presence with sponsored sides.

The company has previously been associated with the Nepal men’s national team and A teams as a leading arm sponsor for the ACC Premier Cup and Top End Series and has maintained a wider sports portfolio that includes women’s cricket. Sunday’s player agreements extend that commercial relationship from team sponsorship into individual endorsements with current internationals.

No financial terms of the player deals were disclosed in the reports of the Everest Hotel event. Extreme Energy Drink said it intends to continue its involvement in cricket and other sports activities.

NPL 2026 fixtures and the points table will determine how often these players appear once the league begins on 26 October.
